The Kinmen Otter Reporting Platform was established to understand the activity of European otters in Kinmen, hoping to maintain the most up-to-date information via public participation. This will serve as a basis for formulating conservation strategies. If residents discover otters or fecesoutdoors, please record the time, place, number of otters, and describe theirstate, and provide the data for use to use as evidence.
