The “City・Culture Tour” is a leisure activity tailored for Guishan and Zuoying old city. Under the lead of professional culture and history guides, citizens participating in the mobile book club and challenge game shuttled across Guishan and the old city to explore the past and the present and discover the history and stories of the old city through the fun, challenging quiz game. Citizens attending the archeology orientation event located the century-old site of Pingshan Academy, Tianhou Temple, Xinglong Temple, Guandi Temple, and Tzuchi Temple with the made-to-measure orientation map based on the old city’s history and a compass to map out the trace of common life of the old city in the past.

Besides adding new art landscapes, the activity took citizens to explore historic sites, experience different sensations, and discover the good of the old city so that they could cherish and maintain this cross-generation cultural heritage for future generations.
