This year, Shoushan National Nature Park will be hosting the popular summer camp "Macaque Nature Exploration Camp"! The camp will be held on July 7 and 8, 2018 (Saturday and Sunday). Children from 5th to 8th grade are welcome to sign up and join in the fun.

The Preparatory Office of Shoushan National Nature Park said that the camp, which lasts for two days and one night, has a wide range of cultural and nature discovery activities planned, including a trip to the United Kingdom Consulate and Mansion, a journey on a cultural yacht, and a view from the sea of the monument buildings to imagine the life at the British Consulate in the past. Furthermore, there will be a visit to the mysterious stalactite cave at Shoushan, information about the Formosan rock macaque spirits of the Shoushan forests, and training sessions to conduct nature surveys like a natural historian. The brand new resources exhibition room at the Shoushan National Nature Park Visitor Center, which will open soon, will also teach the students about the marvels of the flora and fauna at Shoushan through "Night at the Exhibition Hall".
