The opening of the Conference was unique, and the many colorful props on the stage attracted the curiosity of the participants. Early in the morning, speakers from Japan were already busy on the stage, stirring great expectancy of the coming speeches among the audience. In 2014, the National Park began to actively promote picture books to inspire the imagination of both adults and children, create cognitive and emotional connections to the natural and human features of the national park, and inspire attention and love toward the environment. The decorations on the stage also match the theme to stimulate minds and senses, and prepare them for the international event on picture book application in environmental education.
